While bloodied body parts chase him in his dreams, Tim Sanderson suffers his real nightmares while awake! In this romantic suspense novel, dark memories come to light revealing that Tim killed his friend, Dave, and might have lost the love of his life, Leesa.
She, like police investigators, believe Dave’s choice to drive while intoxicated got him killed. Knowing Tim was a drunken companion, she has little compassion for her husband and his injuries. Her faith is tested beyond belief.
Alcoholism, spousal abuse, adultery, and a crime kept secret will either mature their faith or it will tear them apart.

Amnesia Alibi is an easy read- the kind of story you will want to start and finish in a weekend. A novella length book with twists you don’t see coming, but don’t feel like you have to work at figuring them out either. I love the storyline. E-Z read. Red Rover, Red Rover
Genre – Romantic/Suspense
Run.
What?
Run.
Just leave them? They’re kids, not puppies!
Just run, Julie!
Though the stigma of “bad parent” would follow her, she felt she was one anyway. They were better off without her. Tears blinded her while her heart beat furiously in her chest.
In this romantic suspense novel, Julie Maness felt justified in leaving her children because her incarcerated husband was derelict in his duties. And she didn’t want to be a parent anymore either. Now she’s got a job, a boyfriend and a past she wants to forget.
Her ex-husband, Josh, becomes a Christian and comes searching for Julie two years later with good news and bad news. He wants to share the Gospel with her and he wants to save the unborn baby their fifteen year old daughter Layla plans to abort. But Julie is not his ally and makes it clear that she is pro-choice.
Plead and pray without ceasing is all that Josh can do as he seeks to save that baby and steer his daughter away from her self-destructive path and drug addicted friends. Will involving Julie lessen his chances to save the baby’s life? Is Julie truly done caring for her family?
Sparks fly when Josh gets close again. Is it anger or chemistry?

Book 1 of the Father to the Fatherless series, Red Rover is about a subject very dear to my heart, abandoned children. At times it will trigger deep emotions that we’d rather not uncover, but it is inspiring as well. http://www.amazon.com/A.-K.-May/e/B008AK2XRU/

I’ve got Amnesia Alibi on my ereader and plan to read it before the summer’s end. By the sounds of it, I better add Red rover too!

Hello,
I’m enjoying this stop on the ECFL summer blog tour. Your novels sound like they take on some pretty intense issues. I have a manuscript I’m shopping around about a gal that abandons her family also, and I’m trying to “keep it real” while at the same time trying to create the delicate balance that will make her “likeable”. Pretty tough. Keep up the good work, and happy summer!
Blessings~

Very interesting concepts, Anita. Sounds like both these books address painful subjects that touch all of us in one way or another. Keep up the good work!
